Our Story!

Piccadilly Pies started at a small restaurant above a London pub behind Piccadilly Circus. We had a pie shaped gap on our menu that needed filling! With our chefs we spent time going from pie shop to pie shop, searching recipes old and new and trying to answer the question 'what makes a perfect pie?'. So by tweak after tweak we came up with the Piccadilly Pie. A rich tasty stew cased in shortcrust pastry topped with a shortcrust pastry lid, hand made.

We loved them and others started to love them too. The pies become the star of the show at the pub. The reviews for our pies at The Queens Head were and still are 5 star. We met people who had travelled from other continents to sample our pies. The pies had been a great success at the pub. The question was then, what next for our pies?

Since then the pies have been on the move! We have done wholesale to hotels, pop-up events in markets and food delivery. We are always open to collaborations and are always looking forward to the project. Please get in touch!
